Coating Process

Our coating process involves heating the MS items or equipment in an oven, followed by electrostatic spraying of fluoropolymer powder onto the heated surface. Upon contact with the heated surface, the powder melts, and the spraying is repeated to achieve the desired thickness.

Advanced Coating Technique

Maximum Thickness: Up to 1000 microns

Ideal For: Complex shapes and external surfaces, such as agitators and impellers.

Coating Materials

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride)ETFE (Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene)ECTFE (Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene)PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy alkane)

Each material provides unique properties tailored to specific applications in the chemical processing industry.
